Step 1: Choose an account type: email or third-party provider.

You can create an account using either an email address or an existing account with a third-party service provider (e.g., Google and Microsoft). Both methods are secure and your choice is a matter of preference and convenience.

Using an email address:

1. Go to the official Vocal registration page.
2. Enter your legal first name (given name) and last name (surname/family name).
3. Enter an existing, valid email address. It will need to be verified later.
4. Enter a secure password. The password must meet the following criteria:
   • At least 8 characters long
   • Includes at least one special character
   • Includes at least one uppercase character
   • Includes at least one number
5. Re-enter the password to verify it.
6. Carefully read and check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
7. Press Get Started.

Using a third-party provider:

1. Go to the official Vocal login page.
2. Press the Log In with button for the associated provider.
3. You will be redirected to the provider you chose. Follow that provider's login instructions. Once you have finished logging into your provider, you will be redirected back to Vocal.
   
4. Enter your legal first name (given name) and last name (surname/family name). The email address associated with your third-party provider will be automatically filled in for you.
5. Carefully read and check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
6. Press Get Started.

Step 2: Verify your email address.

It can take up to an hour to receive the verification email. If you do not receive it, please contact support.

1. Wait for the verification email to arrive in the inbox you used to create your account.
2. Open the email and press Verify Email Address.
