Reset your Password

If you are unable to access your account because you forgot your password, you can regain access by simply creating a new password. To create a new password, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Request an automatic password reset. 

1. Navigate to the official Vocal login page and click on the Forgot password? link at the bottom.
2. Enter the email address for your Vocal account and press Email Password Reset Link. If an existing account is found for the given email, an e-mail containing your password reset link will be sent to your email address.

It may take up to one (1) hour to receive the password reset email.

Step 2: Reset your password. 

1. Open the email you received from Vocal and press Reset Password.

2. You should be redirected to the password reset form on Vocal

3. In the Vocal web app, enter the same email address that received the reset password email. Then, enter your new password and confirm the new password. Ensure that your password contains at least:
   • 8 characters
   • One special character (e.g., !,?, @, #)
   • One uppercase character
   • One number
4. Press the Reset Password button to successfully change your password.
